Anyone who knows me knows that holistic health has always been my deepest passion. As a teenager, I experimented with every fad diet—from vegan to carnivore—only to realize that health is never a one-size-fits-all journey. I was obsessed with wellness trends, yet I wasn’t your typical “wellness girlie.” Far from it. I was the dangerously underweight girl wearing a heart monitor.
Chronic migraines, fainting spells, PCOS, severe PMS, and anxiety forced me to quit cheerleading and switch to homeschool. I cycled through cardiologists, endocrinologists, gynecologists, numerologists, and psychiatrists, yet appointment after appointment, co-pay after co-pay, no one could explain my chronic illness. Instead, I was handed one prescription after another—birth control that worsened my symptoms, then a different one, then another. When that failed, I was put on antidepressants. None of it addressed the root cause. Worse, I later learned that these pharmaceuticals had only deepened my imbalances, making healing even more difficult.
Everything changed after a few life-altering sessions with an acupuncturist. It became abundantly clear why none of my previous doctors could help me—there was a dangerously wide gap between Western medicine and Eastern tradition. Without bridging that gap, it’s impossible to see the full picture of someone’s health. I decided to be the one in my community to make that connection.
My journey began with books, then nutrition and sexual health classes in college, followed by a year-long herbalism apprenticeship in Southern Baja, Mexico. But after moving back to the States, I felt "dis-ease" creeping in again. This time, I took my healing into my own hands. I pursued a holistic education, and in May 2024, I became a Holistic Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist, accredited by the board of American Natural Wellness Practitioners and the International Practitioners and Coaches Association. Today, after nearly two years, my PCOS, PMS, and chronic migraines are in remission. I no longer experience fainting spells.
My mission is to guide others toward a deeper understanding of their inner landscapes—to help them cultivate confidence, adaptability, and resilience in mind, body, and soul, so they can navigate life’s challenges with strength and ease.
The human race is de-evolving. Rates of depression, obesity, PCOS, infertility, and autoimmune disease are astronomically higher than ever before.
In this ever-changing, increasingly toxic world, health has become something that we need to be very intentional about.
